The Shipping fee covers all Packaging, Handling and Postage Costs for all items purchased on the one order. 

Total shipping and delivery charges will vary and are calculated using the total amount of the items you have added to your shopping cart. We aim to keep the cost of delivery to a minimum. This will be clearly shown during the checkout process.

 All items are dispatched on receiving your completed order and confirmation of your payment details. We ship orders Monday through to Friday. All orders are sent via Australia Post's parcel system. Items are usually delivered within 3-7 working days. It may take longer for some regional or remote areas. (Sorry, same day shipment or express post are unavailable). 

If there will be a delay in delivery of your purchase, you will be notified by Management of Zen-tastic Gifts via e-mail.

 During holidays and other seasonal times we occasionally get busier than usual. Please allow for this and order in advance. Zen-tastic gifts can not guarantee delivery within our normal shipping time frame at these busy occasions.

Packaging = Box or Padded Bag, Tissue Paper, Bubble Wrap or Safety Wrap and Labeling.

Handling = Locating the Items, Inspecting and Packing, Invoicing and Our Time.

Postage Costs = Australia Post Delivery Charges.
