When making a purchase from Zen-tastic Gifts, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions of this agreement, and any rules and policies that may be published from time to time by Zen-tastic Gifts.

These terms and conditions may be changed, amended or varied at any time by Zen-tastic Gifts in its absolute discretion without giving a reason and without notice.

General Information

Zen-tastic Gifts online ordering is available for delivery to all metropolitan  &  regional areas of Australia Only. Sorry, we do not accept orders from outside of Australia.

All prices listed on Zen-tastic Gifts are inclusive of GST if applicable

The products offered for sale by Zen-tastic Gifts are only available to individuals who can make legally binding contracts. The products are not available to persons under the age of 18 years old and any other persons who are legally prohited from entering into binding contracts.

Deliveries

To maintain cost effective delivery charges Zen-tastic Gifts use Australia Post for all its deliveries. Please be advised that once an item has left our premises we no longer have control whatsoever of it, however if you have not received your order after 14 working days please contact us so we may assist in tracking your order. We accept no responsiblity for the freight component of the transaction and delivery charges are non-refundable.

Please enter all delivery details carefully. Inaccurate or misspelt delivery information often results in delays in delivery, any addition delivery fee charged by Australia Post because of inaccurate delivery details will be passed onto you.

During hoildays and other seasonal times we occasionally get busier than usual. Please allow for this and order in advance. Zen-tastic Gifts can not guarantee delivery within our normal shipping time frame at these busy occasions.

We Do Not Sell Wholesale, Supply Retail Outlets, Online Businesses or Ship Outside Australia.

Gift Certificates

A certificate is purchased in the same way a normal product is purchased. You simply add the certificate to your cart and proceed through the checkout.
Once the certificate is purchased, you are provided with both the coupon code for redeeming in the checkout and a printable PDF gift coupon. You can then use the certifcate as a gift to others. The code and PDF are provided from both your checkout and email confirmation.

How to redeem a gift certificate
Once you have the gift certificate with the code it can be used to purchase products from your shopping cart by redeeming the same value or less during the checkout. If the purchase value is greater than the gift certificate value then the remaining amount should be purchased by your normal payment methods. Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash.

Gift Wrapping

Gift wrapping is available on selected products on our site.  Sorry, we do not theme wrap for certain occasions, our gift wrapping is Zen related only.

Customer Orders/ Membership

Zen-tastic Gifts reserves the right to Cancel/Delete customer orders and membership details when we consider the order or membership details to be invalid in any respect, or if we suspect an element of fraud.

We at Zen-tastic Gifts can exercise this right at our own discrection.

Colours

Colours of the products on this site are displayed as accurately as possible, however some monitors may display the colours differently, please allow for this when you make a purchase.

Cancellations, Payments, Returns & Refunds

Cancellations or alterations to orders must be made within 16 hours of ordering. We do not accept cancellations under any circumstances once the product has left our premises. A full refund will be provided when cancellations are made within this time frame.

Should your payment be declined for any reason, then your order will remain active on our system for 36 hours from the time you placed your order. If payment for your order is not approved after the expiration of 36 hours, we reserve the right to cancel your order at our own discretion.

All products are packaged with care and safety in mind to avoid damage or breakage. As we individually inspect all products that leave our premises, we can guarantee every product dispatched is free from any faults.

Refunds will not be given if the customer returns goods because they no longer want the product or have changed their minds.

In the event a product is delivered damaged, you must inform Zen-tastic Gifts within 48 hours of receipt by e-mail.  (Please be polite)! 

Zen-tastic Gifts will require any damaged products to be returned to us before we will consider any refunds or exchanges. Any refunds or exchanges will be at the absolute discretion of Zen-tastic Gifts once we have inspected the products.  No refunds or exchanges will be given if Zen-tastic Gifts determine that the damage was caused by the customer in mis-handling the products.

All postage and shipping costs incurred in returning and / or exchanging of goods are the responsibility of the customer. All refunds will be limited to the product purchase price as all initial shipping costs are non-refundable.

 Dispute Policy

Any alleged discrepancy in relation to anything purchased from Zen-tastic Gifts must be notified to us within 24 hours of being delivered. Zen-tastic Gifts will investigate such discrepancies but reserves the right to be the final arbiter in the event of any dispute.

Disclaimer

Zen-tastic Gifts purchases its products from a variety of manufacturers and suppliers. Zen-tastic Gifts offers no warranties either expressed or implied in relation to those products. Any claim in relation to products on this site should be directed to the manufacturer of that product.

Virus

We use commercially available virus software to protect our computers. To the best of our knowledge all our files and information are free from viruses, however we offer no guarantees. Therefore Zen-tastic Gifts does not represent any information (including any file) obtained from or through this web site is free from computer viruses or other faults or defects. It is your responsiblity to scan any such information for computer viruses.  Zen-tastic Gifts will not be liable to you or to any other person for any loss or damage (whether direct, indirect, consequential or economic), however caused and whether by negligence or otherwise, which may result directly or indirectly from any such information.
